Our Hotel is open and welcoming guests, and we have launched an enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care. Upon arrival, there may be COVID-19 symptom screening for guests and patrons entering the property. Employees will be wearing masks and all guests (age 10 and above) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces and when receiving in-room service. Masks are strongly recommended for children age 2-9 years old. In some jurisdictions, additional or more stringent regulations on mask usage are mandated and must therefore apply.

Per French law, access to the restaurants, bar and the Spa is subject to the presentation of one of the following documents for guests 12 years and above:

  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing full vaccination. Non-EU citizens are advised to contact the Hotel for precise information about what Vaccination Passports are accepted. Passes can be digital (on the TousAntiCovid App) or in paper form (proof of vaccination or test result). They must be presented in English or French.
  • COVID-19 test (rapid antigen or PCR) showing a negative result and taken within the past 72 hours. Guests presenting proof of a negative test in lieu of a Vaccination Passport will have to repeat said test after 72 hours. The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting a recovery from COVID-19, dating at least 11 days and less than 6 months. Access to both on-property and off-site COVID-19 testing is available during your stay. Testing is provided by a third party. In accordance with local health authorities, some restaurant and facility services and hours may also be modified. Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when travelling.
