Executive Sous ChefA Chiang Mai native, Chef Anchalee brings to the table time-honoured Thai cooking techniques passed down from her grandmother. Her dishes, however, are anything but dated – the chef is passionate about discovery and innovation, as seen in her innovative creations at KHAO.
