Junior Sous ChefBorn and raised in Verona in northeast Italy, Chef Marco’s passion for culinary arts and Italian gastronomy began at an early age, having mastered his craft at his father’s restaurant. He brings is expertise to Terraces after honing his skills at several award-winning restaurants across the globe.
