Spend Friday afternoon with your loved ones in the heart of Manama around a long table filled with delicious homemade comfort food prepared by Executive Chef Brian Becher. Our a la carte Friday Brunch offers an array of signature dishes for sharing, keeping you satisfied for the rest of the day. 

 

Start your marathon brunch with freshly baked goods like onion focaccia or CUT’s homemade salted pretzel bread.

 

Enjoy family-style starters such as Maryland-style crab cakes, tuna tartare sandwiches with a kick of wasabi aioli and individually plated homemade fresh pasta of the chef’s weekly specials. Get ready for an array of main courses such as the crispy buttermilk fried chicken with a drizzle of jalapeno and honey sauce or the pan seared black bass freshly bought from the local market served along with special vegetable sides for the whole table to share.

 

End your generous meal with Wolfgang Puck’s mouth-watering soft banana cream pie or his warm chocolate fondant topped with homemade ice-cream prepared by Pastry Chef Pierre Chambon in the pastry kitchen.

 

Enjoy, at most, five brunch items every Friday from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm priced at BHD 24 (including soft beverages and coffee) or BHD 34 (including an extended beverage package), while ladies may indulge in an unlimited beverage package for BHD 24.
