Meet Our Chef
YORIC TIÈCHE, EXECUTIVE CHEF
Yoric Tièche has been recently appointed Executive Chef at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat – overseeing all restaurants and banquet functions. Awarded one Michelin star, he made his classes with one of the most renowned Michelin-starred French Chefs. Originally from Aix en Provence, Tièche draws its inspiration from its Provencal roots. Its cuisine is elegant and contemporary offering the best of Mediterranean and Provençal “terroir.”
