Personal training sessions can be arranged with the centre's certified trainers. In addition, we offer group fitness classes (two persons minimum per class is required) included with your stay. If you’re the do-it-yourself type, download the Four Seasons Virtual Workout for the treadmill or the elliptical trainer to your iPod and let it guide your through your workout, regardless of fitness level.
