Renato Rizzi

Executive Chef

Born in the historic city of Brescia, in the Alpine foothills of northern Italy, Chef Rizzi developed an early appreciation for fine, locally-produced ingredients. Starting his professional culinary journey more than 25 years ago at Pasta Fresca De Salvatore, one of the pioneers of authentic Italian cuisine in Singapore, Renato's deep and enduring passion for Italian cuisine has taken him all around the world. Now, he brings his experience and enthusiasm to Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

Fabien’s commitment to innovation and desire to improve makes him a key team member at the Resort. Since he was 16 years old, he’s worked in the culinary industry. Now he creates a repertoire of tropical treats ‘inspired by the exotic fresh produce and the cool island life.‘

    During this private experience for up to eight guests, our Chef will prepare an exquisite, seven-course tasting menu as he shares kitchen secrets and preparation methods. Our Sommelier also will be on hand to present a selection of superb wines to accompany each course.
