    The EDGE Restaurant culinary team refined the modern steakhouse menu – adding new raw bar selections and seafood, fine aged cuts of meat, creative twists on appetizers, entrees and sides, and artful, house-made desserts. EDGE offers an unmatched selection of proteins from the world over; guests will have the opportunity to choose their preferred cut, prepared exactly how they’d like it.

    EDGE bar consists of three separate bars bringing each corner of our spacious venue to life – the brand new Corner Bar off of the lobby, the original EDGE Bar, and the Raw Bar anchoring the reimagined restaurant – each offering an extensive list of cocktails, champagnes, wines, microbrews and shareable plates.

    The Terrace, located by the pool on our third-floor roof-top terrace, offers guests an option for outdoor dining while relaxing and taking in views of the Mile High City.

Craig Dryhurst

Executive Chef
Trained in a classical fashion, Dryhurst worked in a number of five-star kitchens in London, France, the East Coast and Vancouver before coming to Four Seasons Resort Maui in 2014 as Executive Sous Chef. A supporter of the farm-to-table movement, Dryhurst put his creative skills to work in a rollout of the Resort’s Wellness menu, launched as part of the Wellness Your Way spa and nutrition program, offering coordinated menus in each restaurant.
