Senior Executive Pastry Chef
A prominent figure in the global pastry scene, Chef Nicolas Lambert first made waves when he was the youngest awardee to ever be named 'Asia's Best Pastry Chef' by 50 Best in 2018. He is a French pastry artist with a distinguishable style, utilising a hero ingredient and complementing its flavours, within a maximum of four textures.

    Our diverse business lunch menu offers a variety of exquisite, contemporary-but-classic colourful dishes, created by Chef Samper and Jinwon Seo along with their talented team. Enjoy plant-based plates and decadent desserts, served amongst plush sofas and an extended outdoor patio. 2 Course Meal for AED 150, 3 Course Meal for AED 180, inclusive of Coffee and Tea.
