Nico de Soto
MixologistAward-winning mixologist Nico de Soto is an avid traveller who has visited 103 countries and organized pop-up bars in 42 of them. Parisian born and raised, he has made a lasting impression on the global cocktail community. Nico first began bartending in Paris in 2005, where he was trained in the art of classic cocktails, drawing inspiration from his travels. At Four Seasons Resort Hoi An (The Nam Hai), Nico has created five authentic cocktails, each with a touch of Vietnamese flair.

From Market to Glass With Nico De Soto
Join us for this five-day pop-up bar by award-winning mixologist Nico de Soto. A globe-trotter mixologist and a refined Parisian at heart, Nico’s journey to Hoi An is an adventure to explore the local flavours, trends and culture. Collaborating with Four Seasons, Maison Ferrand (Citadelle Gin, Plantation Rum and Cognac Ferrand) and Perrier, Nico takes on an innovative approach to create five authentic cocktails using fresh ingredients from the Resort's farm and local market.
It makes me very happy to see excitement in the faces of guests. I can tell they love what they’re creating.
