Renato RizziExecutive Chef
Born in the historic city of Brescia, in the Alpine foothills of northern Italy, Chef Rizzi developed an early appreciation for fine, locally-produced ingredients. Starting his professional culinary journey more than 25 years ago at Pasta Fresca De Salvatore, one of the pioneers of authentic Italian cuisine in Singapore, Renato's deep and enduring passion for Italian cuisine has taken him all around the world. Now, he brings his experience and enthusiasm to Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

Dustin BaxterExecutive Pastry Chef
Dustin’s passion for pastry began at a young age as he spent his childhood days in his family’s restaurant, learning the basics from his mother. With a career spanning more than 15 years, Dustin firmly believes that the best outcomes are linked to having the passion for work and respect for products and procedures.

Li Chao YangChinese Sous Chef
At the core of Li’s culinary talent lies the authentic techniques of Sichuan cooking he learned watching his father from the age of 17. These skills, passed down over generations, bring a distinct Sichuan touch to each dish in his repertoire at the Resort.
“Every day I ask myself: how can I make this dish even better? Finding the answer to that question is incredibly fulfilling.”
