    Gather your family and friends and join us for a delicious Sunday brunch in Los Angeles. Spanning the entire Culina Restaurant and Windows Lounge, our elaborate buffet features a variety of culturally inspired items, including house-made sushi, carving and dim-sum stations, seafood, an array of seasonal salads, omelette and eggs Benedict stations, and homemade desserts.

    Pronto Market Lunch

    Culina’s PRONTO Lunch has been extended by popular demand. The market-inspired buffet includes a selection of salads, cheese and charcuterie, with a choice of protein. USD 35 per person.

A born and bred Texan, Chef Byron grew up with a lifelong passion for food. With a culinary journey that has taken him from Austin to New York City, London to Los Angeles, Chef Byron approaches each creation with a special dose of creativity and flare. His cuisine begins and ends with the vibrant colours of pure fruits and vegetables, transforming each dish into a mosaic of reds, yellows, greens and more. Having been a part of Four Seasons since 2011, Chef Byron often applies his extensive knowledge of music to the perfect harmony he aims to create in his menus.
