Dani GarcíaConsulting Chef
Three-Michelin-starred chef Dani García is making waves in Spain with the success of his highly successful ventures, including Dani García Restaurante, Lobito de Mar and Bibo. Loved by locals and an exciting discovery for visitors, his cuisine focuses on superb products, authentic flavours and a fun spirit. At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, his namesake restaurant Dani provides his newest platform in an unrivalled rooftop location.
SOPHIE LARROUTUREBar Manager
Born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, Sophie has always been intrigued by hospitality. She studied management at university and interned at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, but initially started as a waitress to learn the business. In 2016, while bartending on her rise to Assistant Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, Sophie entered the World Class competition and won Best Bartender of the Year in Switzerland. She’s very excited about her new city.

An enthusiastic hotelier, Manuel Santos e Silva has developed his career as a food and beverage manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, ensuring the best standards of quality and service, as well as the satisfaction of his guests. In recent years, he has directed projects such as the Alma de Lisboa restaurant, which has earned two Michelin stars.
OMAR MALLENEXECUTIVE CHEF
Born in Barcelona to parents who were restaurateurs, Omar discovered the joys of cooking at a young age. His career has spanned Michelin-starred restaurants and elite hotels in Paris, London, Istanbul and Tunis. Excited to be leading the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Mallen has a clear vision for the banqueting operations. He is determined to create a restaurant-quality experience on a large scale, making Four Seasons a delicious new destination for meetings and events in Madrid.

Experience a tradition as sacred in Madrid as in most of Spain, where people get together for a glass of vermouth to open their appetites before a large weekend lunch or in the late afternoon just before dinner. In recent years, vermouth has experienced a revival in Madrid, and at El Patio it is served straight from the cask – in a custom-made, traditional barrel from Jerez, the first of its type since the 1960s.Details
