- Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites Toledo and Segovia and world-class art museums such as Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza and Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía
- Linen, furniture and equipment donated to the local community, including to NGOs through our affiliation with Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Spain, such as ONGD Fiet Gratia, a local organization supporting victims of human trafficking
- Local artists and artisans featured throughout our Hotel, including nearly 1,500 paintings, photographs, sculptures and an Emerging Artists Collection
- Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training
- Employees volunteer in the local community and support local charitable organizations, including UNINICIO, the National Association for Down Syndrome, HOGAR SÍ, TaxiLuz and community centres in need
- Young people from vulnerable groups or at risk of social exclusion are trained in our hotel kitchens as part of an innovative partnership with UNINICIO
- Employment opportunities at our Hotel are provided for individuals with Down Syndrome as part of our partnership with the National Association for Down Syndrome
- Spa products are primarily from local businesses
- The retail boutique in the Spa features wellness products, handbags, jewellery and swimsuits from Spain-based creators
- Suppliers are encouraged to reduce unnecessary packaging
