    Aragosta Night

    This Italian feast pays homage to the hand-harvested, fragrantly redolent Maldivian lobster. Savour three courses crafted with Italian flair, each shining a different light on the king of crustaceans, including Lobster Cappuccino, Lobster Ravioli and Seared Lobster Tail. A delicate Tartufomisu ends the evening’s menu. Each dish is enhanced by an optional wine pairing. Live music is included.

    Our award-winning chefs’ interpretation of a classic Indian Thali platter – a selection of miniature dishes originally served on a banana leaf – is a veritable four-course feast for the senses. Following a selection of starters and Tandoori-Baked Malai Lobster, flavours and fragrances sing from a six-dish Thali platter ranging from Chicken Khurchan and Saag Gosht to Beetroot Poriyal. From short-eat starters and wood-fired breads to the freshest barbecued Maldivian Lobster with Curry Leaf Beurre Blanc and Angus Tenderloin with Spicy Maldivian Jus, plus salad and rice sides, enjoy a culinary deep dive into our local culture.
