Mica RousseauHead Mixologist, Fifty Mils
Born in Tours, France, with French and Portuguese roots, Mica left behind nuclear-physics and electronics-engineering studies to devote his time to his true passion: mixology. At just 16, he began establishing his reputation on the world map of cocktails and bartending, and by 22, he opened his own bar in Paris where he experimented with flair bartending and mixology concepts. Now considered one of America’s greatest award-winning mixologists, Mica is the creative force behind Fifty Mils.

Born in Mexico, Fatima has dedicated most of her life to mixology. As a head of bar from 2011 to 2015, she gained an incredible reputation in the industry, starting in Delirio and Casa Virginia here in Mexico, and then in Berlin, where she learned more about the art of creating of a cocktail menu. Her consistency, passion and professionalism toward mixology helped her win first place in World Class Mexico 2017, which cemented her position as one of the best bartenders in the country.
