- Mustard Season
- From January to mid-March, capture the majesty of bright-yellow wild mustard blooms in Napa Valley with world-class wine and fare as you toast to all the best in life.
- Harvest Season
- The valley comes alive with the harvest of grapes during “crush season,” beginning with white and sparkling wine grapes, followed by red wine grapes. From August to October, our Resort and the surrounding wineries host a variety of celebrations to herald the season.
- Cabernet Season
- With mild winter weather, the November to mid-January season is the time to sample the region’s finest, distinctive cabernet varietals. Enjoy the slower pace of life since harvest season has ended.

Neyers Wine Dinner
Enjoy a sensory experience with a five-course prix fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia and an expert pairing of experimental and complex wines from Neyers winemaker Tadeo Borchardt. Borchardt, along with Four Seasons Sommelier Derek Stevenson, will lead the dinner, sharing history and information about the wines and winery.

Elusa Wine Dinner
Led by Elusa winemaker Jonathan Walden, experience a curated menu of seasonal ingredients paired with Elusa’s finest wines for April’s Wine Dinner Series. Discover this exciting corner of Napa Valley with Elusa through their small lot wines, all meticulously crafted from vineyards within a four-mile radius of the winery. Winemaker Jonathan Walden works closely with famed winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown to showcase unique expressions of Calistoga terroir with precision and focus.

ALPHA OMEGA WINERY
The May Wine Dinner Series highlights Alpha Omega Winery’s single vineyard Chardonnays, Cabernets and late-harvest dessert wine. Robin and Michelle Baggett began their wine career by planting 750 acres in 1988 in the San Luis Obispo area, then Michelle stepped away to develop multiple hospitality brands before they combined their work again in 2006 to create Alpha Omega. Winemaker Matt Brain and his consulting winemaker Andy Erickson (Harlan, Screaming Eagle) craft world-class wines sourced from vineyards such as Stagecoach, Beckstoffer Georges III, Beckstoffer To Kalon and many other storied sites.

RADIO-COTEAU
Led by Radio-Coteau winemaker Eric Sussman, the June Wine Pairing Dinner Series will feature Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Zinfandel. Radio-Coteau has multiple estate vineyards all over Sonoma County and Anderson Valley and has been Demeter Biodynamic Certified since 2008. Sussman’s expertise stems from years spent in France with Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Pauillac, then with Domaine Comte Armand and Domaine Jacques Prieur in Meursault.
