- Pilates at the Sports Pavillion
- Mat Pilates is of the most effective full-body workouts that can be accomplished in any setting without extensive equipment. Pilates is a low-impact exercise that creates optimal strength through muscle balance, increasing flexibility and mobility for a stronger, leaner body. Sundays, 10:15 am - 11:00 am.
- Stretch and Tone at the Sports Pavillion
- Take the time to allow the calmness of your breath and gentle stretches in the body to work in harmony, while toning equally. Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays, 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm.
- Aqua Aerobics at Soca Pool
- Aqua Aerobics classes are an excellent way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the relaxing benefits of water. It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions for you to see a significant difference in your overall fitness. Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:15 am to 11:00 am.
- Sunset Yoga at the 15th Hole
- Take a moment to pause, reflect and breathe, enjoy ending your day with the sun. Mondays and Thursdays, 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm.
- Pranayama, Yoga Meditation and Sound Therapy
- Take the time to connect with the most important essence of life, the breath. Enjoy practicing and learning a few different breathing techniques to calm your body and mind to enter into your meditation and sound therapy. Fridays, 7:30 am - 8:30 am.
- Zumba at the Sports Pavillion
- Take a journey through many Latin rhythms with me while we smile, laugh and move, enjoy other catching beats and movements as we go along. Mondays and Thursdays, 10:15 am - 11:00 am.
- Pure Abs at the Sports Pavillion
- Enjoy toning and engaging your core while having fun. Tuesdays, 9:00 am - 9:45 am.
- Intense Dance Fitness at the Sports Pavillion
- Take a journey through fun genres of dance through fun guided exhilarating movements. Fridays, 9:00 am - 9:45 am
