Our Michelin-starred 17th-floor rooftop steakhouse and bar boasts the best of Spanish-influenced cuisine in a romantic setting like no other. Capa’s diverse offerings range from fresh Florida seafood to incredible small plates and expertly grilled cuts. Capa was named to the Wine Enthusiast magazine list of Best 100 Wine Restaurants in the U.S in 2016. Malyna Si
Capa Steakhouse ChefCapa Chef Malyna Si brings her passion for art into her cooking, in turn creating delectable masterpieces with her culinary techniques. Si loves the creativity behind the menu at Capa, noting that with the robust options on the expansive menu, no matter one’s dietary preferences, there’s something for everyone. She is the only female chef helming a Michelin star restaurant in Central Florida.
