YUSUKE AOKI

Executive Pastry Chef
Multiple award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki discovered his talent for dessert-making at a French pastry boutique in Shiga, Japan. The pastry chef and chocolatier honed his skills at hotels and patisseries around the world, including a stint at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, before returning home to Japan to oversee the Hotel’s pastry program.

    Get ready to drink and dine in a sky-high setting. THE LOUNGE presents a three-course dinner crafted by Chef Yoshihiro Kigawa. Situated in the heart of the Otemachi district, our 39th floor atmospheric lounge introduces a lineup of new experiences to elevate your evenings in Tokyo. The elevator doors open to reveal the golden sunset at dusk or the glittering sweep of the cityscape at night. JPY 6,500 per person. Live music cover charge of JPY 1,000 applies to outside guests.
