Marco Veneruso
Executive ChefChef Marco became enamored with Italian cuisine during his childhood, which he spent helping at his grandparents’ farm in the region of Campania. For a decade, he worked across Italy mastering his extensive culinary skills before heading to Beijing, China, where his restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2019.
“I want to create dishes the Italian way, using the best products I can find and turning traditions into unexpected experiences. Italian food is so much more than carpaccio and gnocchi. I want our guests to be brave.”
