    A yoga teacher with certifications in various practices, from Yin and Prenatal to Hot Yoga and Yogamazé, Leticia describes herself as a “forever student and also a storyteller.” Her soulful classes often delve into playful creativity. As visiting master at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, she will lead vinyasa sequences that set both a firm and soothing pulse. Suitable for all levels.

    Michael’s gentle yet powerful Vinyasa-based practice reflects his global mission to bring together breath, body and quieting of the mind. An inspirational wellness leader and yoga ambassador, he focuses on ‘modern mindfulness’: creating community, connection and quiet as an antidote to the fast pace of today’s lifestyle. He is an author, globetrotting speaker and founder of wellness movements Just Breathe, Boys of Yoga and Sunday School Yoga.

    Mindful Yoga With Katja Burakoff

    The deep inner focus of Katja’s practice offers students new tools to listen to your body and relax your mind. Her classes draw on her experience across multiple styles – from vigorous Ashtanga to gentle Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Scaravelli and alignment-based Purna. Her morning practice is soft yet dynamic; a yin and yang class that starts gently with long-held yin asanas. It finishes with more dynamic movements, leaving you energized, focused and fully alive for the day ahead. Her evening practice is a restorative yin yoga session with poses held for longer durations to soothe the nervous system and stimulate and strengthen connective tissue. The deep yin asanas release anxiety and are the perfect preparation for a restful night’s sleep.
