Lara’s dynamic Vinyasa practice will be accompanied by the soaring live soundscape of Benny on voice and guitar, backed by the chorus of cicadas from the surrounding ricefields. Open to all levels, it will awaken the symphony inside all of us and leave you feeling exhilarated and enchanted.

    Ayuverda Yoga with Amanda Noga

    Amanda Noga draws on over 10 years' experience as a yoga, meditation and ayurveda teacher to help students unlock their vibrant life-force through ayurveda-based yoga practice. Aligned with themes of the natural elements, the seasons, and solar and lunar cycles, students unite movement and breath to balance strength and softness in the body. As founder of Karma Collab, a social enterprise that raises funds to educate impoverished girls in India, Amanda also channels her love of yoga into community outreach programs to empower and elevate marginalised women.

    One of our most popular visiting masters, Jolie Manza is back for the fourth year in a row to share her positive energy, love of creative sequencing and out of the box transitions. An international yoga teacher, dancer, and personal trainer, her classes have a playful flow, supported by her expertise in anatomy, safe alignment, and yoga as a modality to heal. She has a major focus on core strength and body awareness, while also dipping into more subtle aspects of the practice.

    Leticia began practising yoga as the antidote to her former life working in the fast-paced aviation industry. Now a full-time yoga master, Leticia helps others find balance in body, mind and heart. Her sequenced and interactive classes are an invitation to embrace wholeness through playful creativity, with a firm yet soothing flow. There is an emphasis on storytelling and natural movement patterns to take your yoga to the next level.

He is an author, globetrotting speaker and founder of wellness movements Just Breathe, Boys of Yoga and Sunday School Yoga.

    Mindful Yoga With Katja Burakoff

    The deep inner focus of Katja’s practice offers students new tools to listen to your body and relax your mind. Her classes draw on her experience across multiple styles – from vigorous Ashtanga to gentle Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Scaravelli and alignment-based Purna. Her morning practice is soft yet dynamic; a yin and yang class that starts gently with long-held yin asanas. It finishes with more dynamic movements, leaving you energized, focused and fully alive for the day ahead. Her evening practice is a restorative yin yoga session with poses held for longer durations to soothe the nervous system and stimulate and strengthen connective tissue. The deep yin asanas release anxiety and are the perfect preparation for a restful night’s sleep.
