YU YUAN SIGNATURE BLACK TRUFFLE BEIJING DUCK
Chef Koo Kwok Fai’s Black Truffle Beijing Duck is prepared with new techniques and creativity. This dish combines traditional cooking methods with the umami flavors of Italian black truffle sprinkled with gold leaves. Using the intensely rich duck broth, the remaining parts of the duck are transformed into a special dish that can be only tasted at Yu Yuan.
