Using fresh seasonal ingredients from all over Korea, Chef Erba presents specialized dishes from each region of Italy in their own style. Combining dazzling expertise honed across the globe with an Italian passion for storytelling through ingredients, Chef Erba brings an uplifting dose of la dolce vita to Seoul.
