Beginning April 1, 2022, those who have registered their vaccination history (with completed vaccination in Korea or abroad) will be exempt from quarantine. Completed vaccination means 180 days within the 2nd shot or the 3rd booster shot, prior to arrival, as documented in the Quarantine Information Pre-Entry System – Q-Code

Those who are not vaccinated will require mandatory 7-days quarantine at a government facility for non-residents or self-quarantine with family depending on visitor status.
 
Four countries, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Myanmar are designated as countries excluded from quarantine exemption, and those who have completed vaccination are also quarantined.
