For more than a dozen years Melissa has become well-versed in the hospitality industry by serving and bartending, working in kitchens, and working within the marketing and event-planning aspects of the industry. She loves to create beautiful cocktails and experiment with seasonal flavours to provide a memorable experience for her guests. Mixology allows Melissa to combine her past experiences with her love and appreciation for the culinary arts.
