  • Private Core and Functional Training – Receive private, expert instruction from exercise physiologists and certified personal trainers, emphasizing proper techniques in a results-drive format.
  • Target Heart Rate Assessment (VO2) – The VO2 is a cardio respiratory fitness test. It measures your physiological response to exercise and quantifies your fitness level by estimating your biological age and provides you precise caloric expenditures at different training intensity levels. With this information, a custom program can be designed to achieve personal goals, allowing you to train smarter, not harder.
  • Pre-program individual consultation with a Program Advisor
